Stirling – Simmental – Feb ’25
A new breed record for a Simmental bull was set at Stirling, when the overall champion, Hemingford Price Charming, from husband and wife, James and Rachel Griffin, sold at 56,000gns to the Corskie herd.
A further 25 bulls hit five-figure prices, with 94 selling to a record average of £9832, up by £2334 per head on last year’s sale. Overall, 81% of the entry sold through the ring.
