Stirling – Simmental – Oct ’22
The Simmental breed produced a record average at Stirling, with 10 lots at five-figure prices. Overall, 47 bulls levelled out at £7558, with a 65% clearance.
The Islavale team, from Berryleys, Grange, Keith, had five bulls at five-figure prices, leading the sale at 28,000gns with Islavale Magnum, a Team Celtic son which went to Delfur Farms, Rothes.
Females sold to 6000gns, for Springfield Minstrel, an Islavale Jabba daughter which sold to JH Wood, Popes, Preston.
