A total of 60 bulls sold to average £6581.75 at the spring show and sale of Charolais at Carlisle, with trade peaking at 18,000gns for the reserve champion, Elgin Redrum, from the Milne family.
Heifers sold to a top of 6500gns for Harestone Rapunzel, with the Harestone heifers averaging out at £5066.25.
