Oban – Highland Sale – Feb ’22

A new breed record was set at the Spring show and sale of Highland cattle at Oban, with Angus 2nd of Sorne from the Headspeath family, selling at 27,000gns to the Cladich fold.

Averages: Six two-year-old bulls, £6055; six senior bulls, £8750; two aged bulls, £2100; five yearling bulls, £2562; six three-year old heifers, £2073.75; seven two-year-old heifers, £2115; 14  yearling heifers, £1743.75.
