
Castle Douglas – Galloway – Feb ’22
The Spring show and sale of Galloway cattle at Castle Douglas, saw three bulls hit five-figure prices, selling to a top of 15,000gns, for Kirkstead Elite.
Overall, 19 bulls averaged £5819.21 (+£1342), while 22 heifers in calf or having ran with bull levelled out at £3493 (-£224) and 15 bulling heifers averaged out at £2506 (+£46).
