Nantyderri Blue Texel Sale – Carlisle

A strong demand for Blue Texels saw Rhys Cooke’s Nantyderri production sale peak at 3000gns twice, at Carlisle.

First at that money was a one-crop ewe by a Bishops ram and out of the past Royal Welsh and Three Counties champion, Pen-Y-Bec Vera. She went to Eastbury Livestock in Dorset. Matching that price was one out of the same dam, Nantyderri Babe, a gimmer by Hackney Xtrovert which also sold to Eastbury Livestock.
