
Worcester – Texels
The reserve male champion topped the trade at this week’s English National Texel sale at Worcester. Selling at 10,000gns, that was George Wilkinson’s Ellen Valley Warlord, a Milnbank Vantastic son out of a Teiglum Topper-sired dam.
Overall, 167 ram lambs levelled at £937, while 64 shearling rams averaged £748, and 73 gimmers levelled out at £874.
