Worcester – Simmentals
A small sale of Simmentals at Worcester on Saturday, sold to a top of 4900gns for the bull Grangewood Eskimo 13, which went to Atkins Brothers, The Grange, Burrow on Trent.
Overall, 19 bulls averaged out at £3003.52, with five cows and calves/in-calf levelling at £1848, and five in-calf heifers averaging £2257.50.
The draft female sales saw nine from Beanhill level out at £2059.16; while 11 from Loxton averaged £1651.36; six from Lopmede averaged £1176; six from Bosahan levelled at £1512; and three from Killiworgie averaed out at £1634.50.
