Stirling Bull Sales – Charolais
Charolais met the best trade of the week at the Stirling Bull Sales, with 77% selling to 22,000gns for Maerdy Ignition from Esmor Evans, which sold to the Goldies, Allanfauld & Barrance herds. Overall, 84 bulls averaged £6654 (+£76 compared to last year’s sale, for eight fewer sold), while 15 females peaked at 5800gns and averaged out at £3248.
