Topping the Irish Premier Texel sale held at Blessington at the weekend was Padraig Tracey, Co. Roscommon selling his tup lamb Gailey Yesterday for €8000 to John McLoone, Glenties, Co. Donegal.

Greenville Yemen Boy from J, C & M McHugh made €2600 to Anne Murphy, Foundry
Ronan Gallagher’s Enniscrone Yeshyma made €2600 to Derryvore
Making €2200 was Padraic Niland’s PNI-15035 selling to Tom Bailey
Selling for €2200 to Springwell was Greenhill Yes
Willie Doherty sold Hillcrest Yeti for €2200 to Ann Stephenson
Harry Noble paid €2000 for Shannagh Your A Star from Richard Wilson
Another from Richard Wilson and again selling for €2000 was Shannagh Yo Yo, bought by PJ Kenny
Enniscrone Yuval was reserve male champion and sold at €2000 to Niall Brennan
Enniscrone Yves also sold for €2000 this time to Kenneth Rothwell
